We are seeking a **detail-oriented** Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to assist our Finance team with customer invoicing and collections. Our business is B2B software company with month-to-month subscriptions.
This role is critical to ensuring timely collections and accurate customer billing. Experience with **HubSpot (CRM) and Chargebee (Billing System)** is a strong plus. Proficiency in Excel is a must. Excellent attention to detail is a must.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and proactively follow up with customers on overdue invoices (via telephone calls)
* Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoices or payments
* Maintain and update customer information in the billing system
* Review deals closed in CRM system (Hubspot) and ensure appropriately recorded and transferred to billing system (Chargebee)
* Ideal location is US or Canada, but open to other countries
