Job Title: AD, Treasury Operations

Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Salary: $80k - $115k + bonus

Summary:

This is a great opportunity to join the Treasury Operations team at a leading international bank, supporting intraday liquidity operations. You'll work closely with technology and operations teams across reconciliation, settlement, and cash processes, while applying strong analytical skills to help build a new intraday liquidity platform that streamlines workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in ALM and FX securities, proven success in automation, and a self-starter mindset, as the role sits within a nimble team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Oversee and manage real-time nostro account operations, including intraday liquidity monitoring across the firm's central bank accounts at the Federal Reserve and CHIPS clearing systems.

• Generate and deliver intraday funding forecasts to Treasury Markets, aligned with agreed cut-off times, and provide root cause analysis for significant forecast variances and funding drivers.
• Actively manage payment scheduling systems to ensure timely execution of all critical payments and fulfillment of the firm's clearing obligations.
• Perform near real-time reconciliation of forecasted versus actual nostro settlements, promptly investigating any discrepancies or alerts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Treasury Markets, supporting effective decision-making in real-time funding and liquidity management.
• Support intraday cash injection activities to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
• Produce and maintain nostro management information systems (MIS) and control reports to ensure transparency and oversight.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in bank operations.
• Hands-on experience in liquidity and funding management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
