Job Description

The Assistant Packaging Developer assists and supports the Packaging Developers in all stages of the packaging development process. They will be involved in evaluating packaging for visual and structural needs as well as communicating findings on a daily basis. We’re seeking someone who is proactive and can maintain strong organizational skills. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on underwear and loungewear packaging for a variety of renowned national brands!

Responsibilities:

• Build working relationships with all cross-functional teams involved in the creation and development of packaging.
• Recognize and resolve issues as they arise under the guidance of your direct manager
• Review and understand packaging material specifications to maintain quality/structure integrity across multiple brands
• Review packaging submits under the supervision of your direct manager to maintain brand guidelines
• Maintain and Track submits: including organizing, logging, and follow up
• Ability to be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Provide clear communication/comments to the Production team
• Daily verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams
• Assisting in special projects (when necessary)
• Partner with direct manager on obtaining Brand Approvals of digital and physical packaging assets.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related work or internship experience
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Proficiency in Mac/Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and proactive
• Experience with Airtable or relevant project management tools preferred

Annual salary starting at $50,000.
