Associate Planner  

Los Angeles, CA, USA (Hybrid) 

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000, Exempt  

DailyLook, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an associate planner.

Qualifications for the Position 

• Bachelor’s degree is required. (Merchandising / Business preferred) 
• 0–1 year of experience in merchandise planning, data analysis, or related field (internships and academic projects welcome). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite with strong data management skills. 
• Understanding retail math and business metrics preferred. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 
• Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating initiative and accountability. 
• Experience in retail or startup environments is a plus. 
• Comfort working with global teams, showing respect for diverse perspectives, time zones, and communication styles. 

Responsibilities 

1. Works closely with the Assistant planner, reports to the Senior Director of Planning 
2. The Associate Planner will support the development, planning, execution, and communication of OTB and assortment strategies of assigned categories that meet or exceed financial goals.
3. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales, profitability, and inventory productivity. 
4. Support with planning & inventory management, development of seasonal and pre-season sales/inventory plans; highlight risks and opportunities. 
5. Assist with category management, assortment planning, and identification of product/price gaps. 
6. Analyze sales trends, historical data, and product performance to guide planning decisions. 
7. Contribute to product lifecycle management and inventory strategies at department, class, and size levels. 
8. Maintain forecasting tools; monitor and re-project sales/inventory weekly or monthly. 

Compensation & Benefits 

T he base /pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $70,00. This is an exempt position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledg e, skills, and experience.
