Job Description:

Our client has an immediate opening for a Benchling Solutions Consultant to provide process and technical consulting support for the Benchling platform within the Vaccines group. This role involves the configuration, enhancement, and integration of digital lab workflows, with a focus on onboarding new users, optimizing existing configurations, and supporting the adoption of the Benchling application. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency with scientific domain knowledge to ensure effective platform implementation and continuous improvement.

• Analyze business requirements and implement workflow optimizations that align with Benchling’s system architecture and platform capabilities.
• Support the configuration and management of system components, including templates, schemas, dashboards, and labels.
• Facilitate onboarding and adoption for new user groups, providing process guidance and platform support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Benchling support to address platform issues, perform impact assessments for feature releases, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and maintain existing integrations, and support new integrations using Benchling’s native tools, APIs, and SDKs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Benchling application, particularly in configuration, Insights, and analytical workflows.
• Strong technical proficiency in AWS (EC2, Cloud Foundry), Oracle databases, SQL scripting, and instrument integration.
• Experience with process documentation, test case creation, and adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) policies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with scientific staff and translate lab requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Client ALM or XRAY for test management and quality assurance..
