This role involves the configuration, enhancement, and integration of digital lab workflows, with a focus on onboarding new users, optimizing existing configurations, and supporting the adoption of the Benchling application. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency with scientific domain knowledge to ensure effective platform implementation and continuous improvement.
