Job Description

We're seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team in Austin, where you'll play a vital role in supporting daily branch operations, enhancing customer experience, and leading service excellence from the front lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately process and approve teller transactions with a high level of attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to connect customers with digital banking solutions
• Support the Branch Manager with daily operational responsibilities, scheduling, and risk management
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately
• Help motivate and guide team members to meet branch goals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk controls
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience (can include work, military, or education)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships
• Comfort educating customers about technology, especially mobile banking
• Attention to detail with the ability to spot and act on potential risks or fraud
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a can-do attitude and high integrity

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with retail banking compliance, risk mitigation, or loss prevention
• Prior leadership or coaching experience
• Military experience in operations, HR, or transition support

Additional Details:

• This position does not offer visa sponsorship
• Must be available to work on Saturdays, as needed
