About the Role:

Job Title: Business Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst/ Business Data Analyst/ BI Analyst/ Analytics Consultant/ Analytical Consultant

Required:

• Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization.
• Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions.
• Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).
• Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership.
• Work as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role.
• 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience.
• Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logistics.

Degree or Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.

KPI:

• Technical proficiency and good communication skills.

Top 3 must-have skills:

• Advanced SQL
• Data Visualization Tool (Tableau, Quicksight, etc.,)
• ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load)

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
