Job Description

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing team member to join us as a Cashier/Hostess ! This role is the first and last impression for our guests, so a smile and great customer service skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Take and package to-go orders
• Keep the front area clean and inviting
• Assist the team in making sure guests have a great experience
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient guest service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or restaurant work is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to remain professional and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
