If so, we are looking for a dedicated Grading Foreman to join our team at Drewry Site Development in South Daytona, FL!Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise grading crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on job sites
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment used in grading operations
• Read and interpret construction plans and survey stakes to execute grading work accurately
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Travel as Needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grading operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team with References
• Expertise in operating various types of heavy equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to read and interpret Civil Plans
• Computer and Procore knowledge
