Blue Street Data is reimagining how organizations find and purchase third-party datasets. Our platform makes data procurement faster, more transparent, and more cost-effective. With our PQC Engine™ and BQI Score™, we help enterprises compare and evaluate data based on price, quality, and completeness—saving months of time and thousands of dollars on every purchase. We’ve raised significant investment funding and are gaining momentum with our first early adopter customers. Now, we’re looking to scale—and we need a sales leader to help us get there.

What You'll DoSales & Growth Leadership

  • Own and lead Blue Street’s go-to-market and revenue strategy
  • Define and refine our sales playbook, pricing models, and customer journey
  • Establish KPIs and build a scalable revenue engine

Customer Acquisition

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing early customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with enterprise buyers
  • Experiment with outbound channels and messaging to find product-market fit

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the CEO, product, and marketing to align on value proposition
  • Provide customer insights to shape product roadmap and positioning
  • Represent Blue Street Data at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings

Team Building

  • Lay the foundation for a world-class sales team
  • Recruit, train, and lead future sales hires as the business scales

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or procurement technology
  • Track record of selling to enterprise-level decision-makers (e.g., Chief Data Officers, CMOs)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, CRM systems, and outbound automation
  • Bonus: experience in the third-party data ecosystem or selling into data/AI teams
