What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and direct the delivery of high-quality clinical care and services
• Ensure compliance with clinical regulations and best practices
• Supervise daily nursing activities across all shifts
• Support and guide clinical staff to maintain consistent standards of care
• Promote resident well-being—physical, mental, and psychosocial
• Implement community procedures aligned with state and federal laws
• Lead by example in upholding the mission and core values of ABHM

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Clear verbal and written communication in English (required) 
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
• At least 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Geriatric care experience strongly preferred
• Current CPR Certification
