Status: W-2 Employee (Full-Time)

Schedule: Hybrid (In-Person + Telehealth)

Compensation: $1,000–$1,200/month base + $30–$56 per clinical session (+ incentives)

Althought Therapy is a growing private-pay psychology practice in Lakewood, CO, founded by  Dr. Samantha Awalt, Licensed Psychologist .

We specialize in  relationship-centered therapy for couples, parents, and adults seeking meaningful change and deeper self-understanding.

Our approach integrates  attachment theory, neuroscience, and developmental psychology in a warm, collaborative environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.

Your Role

• Provide psychotherapy to adults, parents, and couples (25 sessions/week once full)
• Build a caseload with full marketing and referral support
• Participate in weekly consultation and ongoing training in  The Althought Method
• Collaborate on occasional workshops, groups, or outreach projects (optional and paid)

We’re Looking For

• Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – licensed or pre-licensed in Colorado
• Strong grounding in attachment, trauma, or couples work
• Emotionally attuned, reliable, and reflective
• Passionate about long-term relational and depth-oriented therapy

Schedule

• Practice Hours: Mon–Thu 8 AM–8 PM, Fri 8 AM–5 PM
• Flexible hybrid schedule after caseload stabilizes
• Option for 1–2 telehealth days/week

Compensation

• Base Pay: $1,000–$1,200/month (for documentation, meetings, consultation, etc.)
• Session Pay: $80–$100 per clinical hour (effective total rate, not per 45-min hour)
• Expected Annual Range: $85,000–$126,000 (based on caseload)

All admin, billing, and marketing support provided — you focus on clinical work.
