🚗 Role: Dealership Attorney (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Mineola, Long Island, NY

Put your legal skills in gear and join a firm where no two days are the same. As a Dealership Attorney, you’ll dive headfirst into the fast-moving world of dealership litigation. You’ll work hand-in-hand with clients, take on major manufacturers, and play a direct role in protecting the rights of dealers nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving up sharp legal counsel to dealership clients
• Handling litigation — pleadings, motions, appeals, trials, and everything in between
• Drafting detailed motions and briefs
• Conducting meticulous legal research (no Wikipedia allowed)
• Collaborating with an experienced legal team and a diverse client base
• Rolling up your sleeves and solving real business problems for real businesses

What You Bring to the Table:

• Solid experience, 7+ years in state and federal court litigation
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills — you can argue and charm in equal measure
• Confident in depositions, motions, and (when needed) battle mode in court
• JD and an active license to practice law in New York State
• Bonus points for dealership or automotive industry know-how (but not a deal breaker)
• On-site availability in Mineola, NY — we’re better together in person (but we are not opposed to hybrid for the right attorney)
