General Manager - Coworking Space in Beverly Hills !

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Pay Rate: $35-38/hour

Schedule: 16–24 hours/week during cross training, 40-hour week after

Duration: December - April (maternity leave with potential for conversion)

Position Summary

Our client, a premium coworking brand backed by a global real estate parent company, is seeking an Interim General Manager for its Beverly Hills location. This role oversees daily operations, sales, and member experience to uphold hospitality-driven standards during the current GM’s maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations, ensuring seamless member experience and operational excellence.
• Oversee leasing, member renewals, and community occupancy goals in partnership with the Sales team.
• Conduct tours, manage member relationships, and execute contracts to support location sales targets.
• Manage the P&L, track expenses, oversee billing, and ensure timely accounts receivable collections.
• Supervise move-ins/move-outs and maintain space standards through daily walkthroughs and vendor coordination.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies and member events that foster connection and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Provide warm, proactive hospitality and maintain positive relationships with members, vendors, and building management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 3–6 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, property management, or related operations.
• Proven experience in sales, client relations, and day-to-day business operations.
• Strong financial literacy and comfort managing budgets and P&Ls.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Highly professional presence with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing, customer-centric environment and onsite leadership role.
