🔌 We're Hiring: Construction Electrical Engineering Manager – Datacenter Campus (On-Site)

We're seeking a Construction Electrical Engineering Manager to lead on-site engineering efforts across a multi-year datacenter campus build. This role is pivotal in ensuring design integrity, construction quality, and seamless execution from groundbreaking through commissioning.

🎓 Education & Certification: Electrical Engineering degree + Registered Professional Electrical Engineer (RPEE)

💼 What You'll Do:

• Serve as the on-site engineering and project management lead for multiple concurrent datacenter builds.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and benchmarking to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, controls, and construction teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, EPMS systems, and commissioning documents for compliance.
• Lead issue resolution, continuous improvement, and documentation of lessons learned.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Deep expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, backup systems, and EPMS.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial architecture and datacenter design.
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with integrity and precision.

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years in mission-critical or high-tech industry projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
