Job Description

Job Title: Civil Superintendent

Location: Lexington, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage crews for civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinate with suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience with earthworks, grading, stormwater, and utilities.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Compensation : $100,000-140,000/year (with company truck, phone, laptop, gas card)
