Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic Director of Admissions to lead student recruitment efforts at their Middlesex County campus. This role calls for a seasoned professional with experience in post-secondary or career education who can drive enrollment strategies, inspire a high-performing team, and build strong relationships both inside and outside the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a winning admissions team focused on attracting students to our programs.
• Create a culture of accountability and collaboration where goals are met and exceeded.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff through ongoing training and support.
• Own the numbers —analyze data and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum impact.
• Plan and oversee recruitment events that engage prospective students and showcase our programs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven background in career school admissions.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within management, sales, marketing, business, or military.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging modern tools to drive results.
