What You’ll Do:

• Teach and mentor students using an established curriculum and provided materials
• Lead by example with a strong sense of professionalism and industry knowledge
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on Electrical experience (required)
• Certified Electrician (Journeyman preferred but not required)
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus , but not required
• Comfortable using technology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for helping others succeed
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Commitment to student success and program excellence
