The program supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the program. This includes maintaining excellent staff through hiring, training, and classroom observations, resolving issues that may hinder student retention, and overall development and continuous improvement of the program. This position may also be required to fulfill instructor duties. At least 4 years in the field as an Electrician with Supervisory duties.
Working Hours:
Variable hours Monday – Thursday.
Some occasional Friday work is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Completion of a certificate program or Associates degree in Electrical or related field
Experience : 3+ years (minimum 4,000 hours) of experience in Electrical or a related field, and
1+ years of instructional or training experience
License(s)/Certification(s): State Electrician License and Certification
