📍 Location: Newtown, PA

💵 Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 (with potential for growth)

📝 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to manage multiple electrical construction projects with several field crews. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality completion of tasks while developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Objectives:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple field crews across projects
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external clients and suppliers

Immediate Priorities:

• Supervise field crews on site
• Conduct quality control audits
• Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers

⚙️ Role Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Read and interpret electrical technical drawings and plans
• Prepare electrical construction work plans, including conduit layouts and duct bank specifications
• Perform essential calculations such as voltage drop and conduit fill
• Order, track, and manage materials inventory
• Conduct site visits to manage and enforce quality control standards

Team Structure:

• Report directly to the Project Manager
• Manage multiple electrical field crews

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and communication

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically in heavy industrial electrical projects
• Hands-on field experience in electrical construction
• Solid knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid electrical license (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience Range:

• 10+ years in heavy industrial electrical projects (up to 25 years preferred)
