Location: Mesa, AZ - Relocation available

Pay: Negotiable

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team specializing in custom stone surface projects, including granite, quartz, and marble. In this role, you’ll help shape budgets, create accurate bids, and work closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Industry experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate with strong estimating skills and a desire to grow in the stone fabrication and installation field.

What You’ll Do

• Create accurate takeoffs and detailed proposals using Plan Swift and Excel
• Read and interpret complex stone slab drawings for commercial projects (including high-rises and multi-building sites)
• Collaborate with GCs, build relationships, and help the team refine bids for better award rates
• Conduct job walks, gather site photos, and support field-to-shop coordination
• Manage estimating but also stay involved in project delivery when needed
• Track bidding performance and help improve hit rates across multiple GCs on shared jobs

What You Bring

• Experience in estimating, millwork, or commercial interiors (stone or flooring a plus)
• Skilled in Plan Swift and Excel for takeoffs and estimates
• Strong understanding of scopes, construction drawings, and proposal writing
• Able to network with GCs and stay proactive with project awards
• Willingness to run out of the shop when needed and support project planning from start to finish
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to be part of a team that values craftsmanship
