Executive Assistant to Senior Executive

Location: Westside, Los Angeles

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday, with potential hybrid flexibility

A prominent business and entertainment leader is seeking a poised, professional, and exceptionally capable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate is polished, intuitive, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Experience in entertainment or a similarly demanding industry is preferred. The role requires strong judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities with grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination (domestic and international), and communications with the utmost discretion.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly.
• Anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and adapt fluidly to evolving demands.
• Provide in-person support while the executive is onsite; flexibility to work remotely as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-level environments while fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level executives; exposure to entertainment, media, or similar industries a plus.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and reliability.
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Professional, steady, and unflappable demeanor—someone who ensures operations run effortlessly behind the scenes.
