Position : Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location : Cincinnati, OH

Type : Full-time | Adaptive to work flexible hours

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Industry : IT Services – AI, Data, and Quality Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, emotionally intelligent, and highly resourceful Executive Assistant who acts as a strategic partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional assistant role, you will be expected to manage, prioritize, filter, and handle work that enables the CEO to focus on what matters most.

Your Impact

You will make the CEO’s life run on autopilot — from calendar and travel to client coordination and internal follow-ups — while becoming a multiplier of his time, focus, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

CEO Enablement

  • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, inbox, meetings, and travel.
  • Attend key meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Prioritize and filter communication to reduce noise and focus the CEO’s attention.

Business Support

  • Understand Narwal’s business, operations, key clients, and growth priorities.
  • Act as a liaison for internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, delivery, and HR on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support business development and client coordination activities.

Administrative Excellence

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office and priorities.
  • Handle expense reporting, travel planning, office errands, and personal administration with discretion.

Strategic Partnering

  • Be the CEO’s trusted thought partner, someone who understands his work style, anticipates needs, and operates one step ahead.
  • Develop deep familiarity with Narwal’s clients, culture, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Help protect the CEO’s time and energy by filtering distractions and solving problems independently.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives (Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar roles).
  • Exposure to professional services, IT services, or fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and calendar/email tools.
  • Prior EA/Chief of Staff experience will be valued.
