Well-established, Houston based private equity firm is looking for a polished and professional Executive Receptionist/Assistant to join their team. This reputable firm offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and professional work environment and is looking for the next director of first impressions for this front office position. Location: Houston, TX (West)

Salary & Benefits:

• $45,000-$50,000
• Medical Benefits with employer funded HAS

Responsibilities:

• Answering/transferring calls
• Greeting guests in a professional manner
• Calendar management for 8 conference rooms
• Set-up/clean-up of 4 conference rooms for meetings
• Sorting mail for distribution
• General administrative support for team of 5, including calendar management, expense reports and travel arrangements

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of corporate office support experience.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work well under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and customer service.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hours are 7:45-4:45; Punctuality is a must.
• Position requires flexibility and a high level of confidentiality.
