Family Vacation Specialist — WFH

We’re looking for a warm, organized Family Vacation Specialist who loves planning memorable trips for families — from theme-park thrills to national-park adventures, multi-generational vacations, and everything in between. You’ll craft personalized itineraries, manage bookings, and deliver delightful service that makes family travel easier and more fun.
What you’ll do
Consult with families to understand budgets, interests, ages, and special needs.
Design end-to-end itineraries for theme parks, national parks, resorts, cruises, and family-friendly tours.
Book flights, lodging, transfers, activities, dining, and special requests; coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare clear travel documents and day-by-day plans tailored to families.
Communicate proactively with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
What we’re looking for (required)
Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
Comfortable using booking tools, calendars, and basic CRM systems.
Reliable remote work setup (quiet workspace, dependable internet).
A friendly, solutions-oriented attitude and a love of family travel.
