Job Title: Fit Test Report Administrator, Footwear

Location: 5 days a week at our NYC HQ

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fit Test Report Administrator, Footwear to support our fit technicians and product development team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our footwear meets the highest standards for fit and comfort, by facilitating accurate measurement reporting, tracking sample updates, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fit technicians during live fittings by capturing measurements and documenting corrections across various styles of women’s footwear
  • Accurately identify and clearly communicate fit issues, with attention to potential customer-facing concerns related to quality, comfort, and sizing
  • Maintain and update fit test reports and trackers to ensure timely distribution of feedback to cross-functional teams (production, design, and sourcing)
  • Communicate with China office and factories to confirm styles and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support for the product development team as needed, including data entry, meeting notes, and file management
  • Monitor timelines and report completion status to ensure alignment with the product calendar

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years (including internships) of footwear technical design or product support experience,
  • Experience communicating with factories in China
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data tracking tools
  • Experience or interest in product development or quality assurance a plus

Salary : The anticipated base salary is up to $25/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
