**Hybrid Remote | onsite 3 days/week (Tues - Thurs) in Atlanta, GA**

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay: $80-$85/hr W2

Role Overview: As a Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing both frontend and backend components of our customer-facing platforms. You will leverage your expertise to create scalable, high-quality solutions and lead the technical delivery of key features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of complex features.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and designers to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
• Take full ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Primary Technical Skills (Must-Have):

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ReactJS, and CSS.
• Experience building reusable, scalable UX components.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture.

Backend:

• Proficiency in Java (Quarkus or Spring Boot) for microservices development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or any other RDBMS), Redis, and OpenSearch/Elastic.
• Good knowledge of event-driven systems using Kafka, Pulsar, or Azure EventHub.

Additional Required Skills:

• Understanding of accessibility best practices (front-end compliance).
• Experience in test automation, debugging, and using CMS tools.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and public cloud services (Azure preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing global, scalable customer-facing platforms tailored to diverse market needs.
• Exposure to AI models and AI agent-based frameworks to integrate intelligent functionalities.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
