Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in highway and bridge construction or large-scale TxDOT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
