We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate our brand across digital, print, and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Designer at Optifino, you’ll work closely with our marketing and revenue teams to design assets that capture attention and communicate our message clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, event collateral, and advertisements
  • Support website and landing page designs with graphic elements and layouts
  • Work on and manage creative projects from concept through execution, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva (and Figma?)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, color, and layout
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Hubspot certification (or experience)
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing
  • Familiarity with web design platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Experience with HTML + CSS
  • Copywriting skills
