Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – Home Health Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and develop individualised care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, evaluate patient progress, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide coordinated care.

Requirements:

• Active NC or Compact RN Licence
• Valid BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ Home Health nursing experience
