Home Manager – Full-Time

Are you highly organized, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Home Manager to join our household team and help create a supportive, welcoming environment. This role blends childcare, household management, pet care, and administrative support.
You’ll play an important role in helping our home stay organized, our two teenage kids (with us every other week) stay on track, and our two dogs stay happy and healthy. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy keeping life in order, this could be the perfect fit.
Support the Family: Prepare meals/snacks, drive kids to activities, manage school calendars and logistics, organize clothing, and help with transitions between homes.
Care for Pets: Daily dog walks, feeding, vet/grooming visits, and occasional overnight dog sitting.
Keep the Home Running: Grocery shopping, meal prep (2–3 dinners per week), laundry, light tidying, organizing closets/pantry, scheduling appointments, and coordinating services (cleaning, lawn care, repairs, etc.).
Stay on Top of Details: Manage calendars, track expenses, pay household bills, run errands, and handle mail/returns.
Experience as a nanny, household manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Pet care experience is a must.
Valid driver’s license & clean record.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Independent, proactive, and discreet.
Full-time role with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends.
