Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York provides a supportive environment for families with seriously ill children who need to travel for medical care. By providing a comforting and caring 'home away from home,' we help families stay close to their hospitalized children and maintain a sense of normalcy during difficult periods.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Syracuse, NY for a House Manager. The House Manager will oversee daily operations of the house, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families. Responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating schedules, managing household supplies, preparing meals, and addressing families' needs. The House Manager will also be responsible for training new staff, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and upholding the organization's mission.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing staff
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Training and onboarding new staff members
• Dedication to Customer Satisfaction and addressing families' needs
• Basic Cooking skills and the ability to prepare meals
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare/hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or healthcare management is beneficial
