📍 Location: Berkshire Medical Center – Pittsfield, MA

🕒 Schedule: Days | 5x8 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week)

📅 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

🚀 Start Date: October 27, 2025

💵 Pay Range: $20– $25/hr

We’re seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join the team at Berkshire Medical Center , a top-ranked 298-bed teaching hospital recognized by The Leapfrog Group for patient safety excellence. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals passionate about supporting employees and HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and systems.
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and assist with employee self-service tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless HR processes.
• Utilize HRIS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), and other systems for reporting and data management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of office experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in Business or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Professional certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CCP, CEBS, Project Management, or Six Sigma) a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and include permanent address on profile.

• Shift: 8-hour Days | No weekends | No on-call
• Holiday Coverage: Must be available for two of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year holidays.
