In-Office (Phoenix – 85035)

Salary: $18hr - $25hr

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains data entries and updates through the backend of HRIS
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation; both physical and/or digital.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department and serves as primary backup for other Human Resources staff members as determined by manager.
  • Assists as needed to coordinate and track other training sessions for employees, including assisting in the reviewing, tracking, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
  • Researches, collects, and analyzes data for human resources programs in support of HR management.
  • As needed, assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Assists as needed with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOP’s and guidelines.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma/GED and at least two (2) years of experience in administrative human resources capacity.
  • Experience in an office environment working closely with others.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Office, Word, Outlook, etc.)
