Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, or Tampa, Florida.​

Specializing in insurance defense, the firm handles a variety of cases including auto negligence, construction defects, general liability, and liquor liability. With a team of 10 partners and 13 associates and counting, they are committed to providing personalized legal services and maintaining open communication with their clients.​

Job Description

  • Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals for on-site positions in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
  • Manage case files from inception to trial, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and assisting attorneys in court proceedings.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in construction-related insurance defense cases.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case progression.​

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.
  • Experience with construction defect cases is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.​
