Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Polymer Scientist to drive the development of our hydrogel adhesive platform. You will be the technical lead for all aspects of polymer synthesis, characterization, and optimization — working closely with internal and external teams to advance our product through preclinical, regulatory, and manufacturing milestones.
This role is ideal for an industry-experienced polymer chemist with a deep understanding of crosslinking systems, hydrogel design, analytical methods , and stability studies preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector .
