Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team in Uptown Dallas. This is a client-facing, on-site role supporting attorneys in the personal injury practice area. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. If you’re organized, reliable, and motivated by meaningful work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a direct point of contact for clients—keeping them informed and supported throughout the legal process
• Maintain and organize case files, medical records, correspondence, and legal documents
• Coordinate calendars, schedule depositions and appointments, and manage deadlines
• Draft basic legal correspondence under attorney supervision
• Assist with case intake and pre-litigation file preparation

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional presence
• Law firm experience is a plus, but not required—we welcome fast learners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal software is a bonus
