Renown Children’s Hospital is seeking a Manager of Nursing to join our dedicated Pediatric and PICU team — where compassion meets innovation, and every heartbeat tells a story.

As the Nursing Manager, you’ll lead a team of extraordinary nurses who deliver life-saving care to our smallest and most resilient patients. You’ll guide day-to-day operations, inspire growth, and ensure our young patients and their families receive the highest quality, most compassionate care possible.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide leadership and vision for our Pediatric and PICU units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes and staff engagement.
• Champion evidence-based practices and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, family-centered care.
• Make a meaningful impact in a hospital where every child is known, every family is supported, and every nurse is valued.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain)

✔ Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Nursing preferred (or in progress)

✔ 1+ year of nursing leadership or management experience

✔ A passion for pediatric and critical care nursing
