A rapidly expanding car wash chain in Central New Jersey is seeking a Marketing Associate to help elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and support growth across multiple locations. We’re looking for someone who can develop and execute marketing strategies that attract new customers, promote our

The Ideal Candidate 

• Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for connecting with people and making an impact.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills while building relationships with site managers and customers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 0-2 years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A self-starter who asks thoughtful questions and seeks continuous improvement.
