Marketing Communication Specialist

Contract Duration: 5+ Months (with potential for extensions)

Pay Rate: $50/hr. - $54/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and creative Marketing Communication Specialist to drive local customer engagement through powerful storytelling and compelling ideas. This role requires a strong passion for taste, food, and beverages, coupled with the ability to translate market insights into commercially relevant and innovative presentations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, enhancing brand image both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive local engagement with customers by developing powerful storytelling, compelling ideas, and meaningful connection strategies.
• Support pro-active and reactive customer-driven projects to significantly increase the generation and/or winning of business opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner to the team by contributing local market insights and trends.
• Collaborate with Category Marketing and Growth Teams to deliver defined Category Initiatives to customers in an impactful way.
• Create and deliver creative, impactful, and on-brand communication that improves brand image both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ambition, proactivity, and a willingness to embrace and deliver change.
• Strong ability to gather and interpret market insights and consumer trends.
• Proven ability to produce uncommon presentations with commercial relevance and innovative ideas that create a memorable experience.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort in presenting to customers.
• Strong people skills with the ability to lead by influence.
