Position Overview:

The Content Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the content strategy across four brands under the RPG Brands umbrella. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at managing multiple priorities, and can pivot effortlessly across diverse tones and product categories.

This is not a people-management role, but it is highly strategic and collaborative. You will own all aspects of content development, from concept through execution, with a strong focus on brand messaging, product storytelling, and campaign alignment. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, planning, and storytelling just as much as they enjoy cross-functional teamwork and results-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain multiple concurrent content calendars aligned to marketing goals across four distinct brands.
  • Plan integrated content strategies that support brand awareness, customer education, and
  • Lead content planning for key marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product launches.

Messaging Ownership

  • Own and evolve the brand voice and messaging architecture for each RPG brand.
  • Write and refine product copy, positioning statements, and benefit-driven messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop go-to-market messaging and launch content for new products or services, including landing pages, promotional copy, and campaign narratives.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Write, edit, and optimize a variety of content including:
  • Blog posts
  • Website pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Social media content
  • Case studies and how-to guides
  • E-commerce and product descriptions
  • Ensure every piece of content supports brand voice, tone, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to source information and align messaging.

Collaboration & Creative Integration

  • Work closely with the in-house multimedia designer to bring written content to life through video and visual assets.
  • Coordinate with our external graphic design agency to ensure design and written messaging alignment.
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring all copy is integrated seamlessly into design, layout, and user experience.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools.
  • Report on KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance insights and audience feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a content marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success managing content strategy across multiple brands or product lines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Basecamp), and content collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion).
  • Experience launching and supporting product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
