• Contract Duration: 4 Months
• Worksite Location: Remote or Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)
• Compensation: $20.00 - $26.31/hour
• Schedule: Part Time | 5-10 hours per week

What you’ll do as the Materials Library Specialist:

• Seeking Materials Library Coordinator to ensure consistency and organization across a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and a document that mirrors current and future development. This role involves maintaining material documentation, monitoring updates needed via Slack conversations, and updating in the two systems as needed.
• Key Responsibilities
• Material Library Coordination
• Monitoring vendor requests for updates to the material library and making changes when the subject matter experts agree on the change.
• Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts and PLM team to ensure consistency across the materials library in the PLM system and documentation.
• Assist in managing digital material libraries, templates, and related assets.

What you’ll bring to the Materials Library Specialist role:

• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Awareness of material standards and taxonomies.
• Strong ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology teams.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and workflow systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or product development.
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software or material management systems.
