Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Mortgage Loan Officer , located in Birmingham, MI .

As a key member of our team, you will originate mortgage loans, consult with clients, assess borrower eligibility, and guide applicants through a smooth mortgage process. You will collaborate closely with our in-house processors, underwriters, and leadership team to ensure a top-tier client experience.

Our loan officers average 10 closings per month , supported by efficient systems, strong operational support, and one of the best compensation plans in the industry . There are no mandatory weekends , unless needed to meet performance expectations during peak periods.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer with a solid understanding of mortgage lending practices
  • Proficiency with underwriting guidelines, loan programs, and financial analysis
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
  • Ability to work full-time in office Monday–Friday
  • Relevant certifications and active NMLS licensure preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
