Responsibilities

• Operating Machinery – Setting up, running, and monitoring machines to maintain productivity.
• Quality Control – Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Identifying issues, performing minor repairs, and reporting complex problems to maintenance teams.
• Safety & Compliance – Following workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Production Efficiency – Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Record-Keeping – Documenting production numbers, maintenance logs, and machine adjustments.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge – Understanding mechanical operations, equipment functions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to monitor machinery closely and identify potential issues.
• Physical Stamina – Comfortable working on your feet, lifting heavy materials, and handling repetitive tasks.
• Safety Awareness – Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
• Team Collaboration – Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Experience & Certifications – Previous experience with machinery is preferred, and some roles may require specialized training or certifications.

Pay : $16/hr.
