Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paramedic to support a large construction project in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, daylight shift, six-days-per-week onsite position providing immediate medical response for workers on the project.
As the onsite Paramedic, you will be the first point of contact for medical emergencies, provide first-aid and triage, and coordinate all follow-up care directly with Allied’s physicians and medical leadership. You’ll work independently on-site but with full backing and clinical oversight from our provider team.
This role is perfect for a Paramedic confident in their emergency skills, capable of working solo, and experienced in high-tempo environments like construction or industrial sites.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to on-site medical emergencies and provide stabilization and triage
• Deliver first-aid, basic muscular-skeletal support (sprains strain), injury evaluation, and non-emergency care as needed
• Communicate closely with Allied’s offsite providers for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of all encounters per Allied standards
• Ensure readiness of all medical supplies, equipment, and clinic space
• Support site safety initiatives and provide medical insight when needed
• Participate in ongoing training and uphold Allied’s conservative care philosophy
Qualifications:
• Active Indiana Paramedic License (required)
• Prior experience in EMS, industrial/construction EMS, or occupational medicine preferred
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining high clinical standards
• Excellent communication and professionalism in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to remain calm, efficient, and focused during high-stress situations
• Must pass background check and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits:
• $27–$37/hr based on experience
