Job Description

Overview:

Blackstone Law is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal Assistant to support our C-suite executives across both professional and personal day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of making life run more smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Personal Support:

  • Manage personal calendars, appointments, errands, and tasks for C-suite executives
  • Coordinate travel (personal & business), restaurant reservations, and event logistics
  • Oversee home-related matters such as deliveries, returns, vendor scheduling, and gift purchases
  • Handle occasional family-related coordination (school communications, activity planning, etc.)

Scheduling & Daily Flow:

  • Maintain comprehensive, real-time calendars across professional and personal obligations
  • Flag potential conflicts, anticipate adjustments, and ensure executives are prepped and punctual
  • Create structure in the day to optimize time, energy, and focus

Communication & Access Management:

  • Monitor and prioritize emails, messages, and calls to filter what needs attention
  • Draft, proof, and send personal correspondence when needed
  • Act as liaison between C-suite executives and internal teams and/or personal contacts

Task & Project Coordination:

  • Track personal and professional to-dos and ensure timely completion
  • Support execution of both company and personal projects (e.g., events, travel, home organization)
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors as needed
