Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Cypress, TX . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to support patient care at a small, onsite physician’s office in Cypress, TX. This role is responsible for performing high-quality specimen collection, processing, and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 20–25 blood draws per day with accuracy and professionalism
• Order, label, and process laboratory specimens
• Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and safety
• Work independently at the site, coordinating as needed with internal teams
• Interact professionally with patients, including adults and geriatric populations
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience (required; less than 2 years is not eligible)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including comfort with difficult draws
• Ability to work independently in a small office environment

Additional Information:

• Location: Cypress, TX
• Job Type: 13-week contract
• Pay Range : $20 - $23 hourly
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
