**Overview** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Washer to join our stadium maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring that all stadium surfaces, including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and exterior walkways, are clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial pressure washing equipment and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. **Pay:** $19.91 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean stadium seating, concrete walkways, walls, signage, and other surfaces. + Perform pre- and post-event cleaning to maintain a pristine environment for fans and visitors. + Safely handle and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals according to safety guidelines. + Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. + Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage to the Facilities Manager. + Assist with other general maintenance tasks as needed, including trash removal and minor repairs. + Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Work independently or as part of a team, often during early mornings, late nights, or weekends depending on event schedules. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous experience in pressure washing or industrial cleaning is a plus. + Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and effectively. + Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. + **Must be comfortable working at heights** , including on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor and indoor stadium environments. + Exposure to noise, weather elements, and cleaning chemicals. + May require working at heights or in confined spaces.
