What you’ll do: The producer will Independently execute on sponsored projects and deliver assets within the scope and requirements that were set. They have a track record of managing a high volume of deliverables across a diverse set of clients.
● Manage the trafficking of all video project requests to vetted video production companies, ensuring briefs were complete, budgets met requirements, and cultural / language considerations were included in partner selection.
● Ensure all projects are tracked accurately and data inputs in Monday.com align with production guidelines and project details.
● Conduct timely project kickoffs, ensuring all brief details are inputted and alignment is achieved across all stakeholders and approve final asset for payment.
● Build project timelines and approve budgets for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests.
● Proactively manage potential challenges during project kickoff and provide creative solutions. Required Skills

● 3-5 years experience in production / project management role
● Experience and knowledge of the advertising industry

● Ability to find optimizations to process that drive faster turn-around times while upholding creative quality.

● Experience with project management and CRM tools (Monday.com, Salesforce)
Compensation:
$55/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
