Job Title: Investor Relations Analyst

Venture capital and Private equity

Overview:

The Investor Relations Analyst will support venture capital and growth equity funds by assisting with client due diligence, producing marketing materials, and managing investor communications. The role involves preparing reports, handling inquiries, and maintaining data accuracy to support investment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare institutional client communications, including quarterly reports, cash flow notices, transaction summaries, and ad-hoc investment updates
• Write market commentary, portfolio company updates, and valuation analyses
• Collaborate with internal departments (fund accounting, tax, compliance, legal) for communication approvals and investor inquiries
• Develop investor marketing materials, including customized presentations and transaction summaries for meetings and events
• Address investor inquiries, including compiling responses to monitoring requests and due diligence questionnaires
• Maintain and update databases of portfolio company metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Synthesize market and financial data for fund communications
• Provide Salesforce database maintenance and assist with ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with venture capital or private equity analytics, reporting, and due diligence
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

***Salary- $75k-$80k Base
